The screen goes black / Parts of the screen are not displayed.

Please try the following steps.

●Go to "Settings" in the Menu and change the "Effect Settings" to "Lite Version"

●Restart the app and perform "Repair Data" from [Menu] on the title screen

●Restart your device

* After restarting, please wait about 10 to 20 minutes before launching the app.

●Launch the app in an environment with a stable connection

* Please avoid situations where connection speed may be limited, such as while on the move or in crowded places.

* If you are using Wi-Fi, please check whether the issue improves on a different Wi-Fi network.

●Close any other apps or browsers that are running

●Reinstall the app

* If you do so, be sure to follow the steps below before deleting the app.

Steps:

1. Set a password in [Menu] > [Data Transfer Settings].

1. Make a note of the "Login ID" shown on the same screen and the "Password" you set.
