You can enter Gift Codes on the [Gift Code Entry Screen] of the official "Captain Tsubasa: My Golden XI" game website.

Please also check the following points.

●Whether the Player ID or Gift Code was entered incorrectly * Your Player ID is the ID shown on the 2nd page of [Menu] > [Profile].

●Whether cookies are blocked in the browser on your device

●Whether you entered the "-" (hyphens) in the code

Please do not enter the hyphens.

Regarding cookies, when you first visit the official website of this app, "cookieBot" is displayed so you can set your cookie permissions. Please allow cookies there as well and then try entering the Gift Code.
